Help!!

I have a Healthrider HRTL 07120 R 60 treadmill. Does anyone know how to repair the motor controller? I've troubleshooted the LED lights and it tells me I need to replace the motor control board. The treadmill pulses at full speed when it's plugged in even without the key inserted.

Did you have a look at the motor control board? Are there any burnt components? If yes, can you take it out and post a high resolution picture of it? Both sides.
