Tread mill doesn't start even the display leds are on

Please help me fixing my Tread mill thanks

Hi there,

When I switch on my GP Motorized Tread mill 220V 50Hz 1.5Kw, all the leds on display gets on and nothing happens after that I cant start or run it with any controll on display board, check motor with my battery its working fine. Pls Help me if any one can...
