What is this for?
It can be time-consuming to search for equivalent transistors (and it may not be possible to find exact equivalents) thus you may have to do that yourself. It really depends upon the circuit and how close the equivalents have to be to the original before the circuit performance is adversely affected, so you must look at their usage in circuit.
