see the above image .in first circuit i added 0.1 ohm resistance i got around 6 v in emmiter side.and then i replaced it with 2.1k then i got 11v as out put .this is why and my supply is 12 v

You have to exchange the C and E of 2N1132A.
And you can't only in series with a 0.1Ω to the B of bjt, it will burn out the bjt, you only can be in series with 0.1Ω to E or C of bjt.

Moving C to E and Moving E to C.

You better using Rb(R1) at least from 1K, you can reach to 47K or 100K, it depends on how much C current you want.
