Hi,

Could somebody help me with replacement transistors for 9014(NPN, 150mA, 150MHz), 9018 (NPN, 50mA, 700MHz) and 8550(PNP, 1.5A, 200MHz)?? They are for use with a wireless device at 303MHz.. 9014 is available for me but I would like to know if a replacement is available.. 9018 is used in the transmitter tank, so it needs to get near 500MHz atleast..

Hello,

Is there a prefix before the numbers?
Something like BF, BLX, BLY, 2N, 2S. or MRF.

The circuit diagram I recieved just denotes the number but when I ask at my retailer, he says he has 'C9014'.. So I guess, all are 'c' and also since only the C series have numbers over 6000.. Any Idea??

Hello,

When there is an C at the beginning it will probably be a transistor from the 2SC series.
Do you have the schematics where the transistors are used?
With the position in the schematics it is more easy to give an answer.

Hello,

I think you try the following transistors:
9014 => 2N2222
9018 => 2N3300
8550 => 2N3762
8050 => 2N3735

I have also attached a transistor table that I found on the internet some time ago.
(unzip it and you will get a spreadsheet with the data).

Greetings,
