Transistor replacement/substitution

I am looking for a replacement for a transistor
taken from a Pioneer receiver, 15W output, ≈30 yrs old.

The transistor is marked: B507P EOL

Seems to be paired with a D313P (marked: D313P EOK)

Package type: TO-220

I have attached a possible datasheet, although I am not
sure if it is the same brand as I cannot find any identifiable
brand marking. I do not have a schematic at this time.

I assume I will need to replace both transistors of the pair.
Maybe even replace both pairs.

Prefer DIGIKEY, but any major distributor (<$51 minimum order) O.K.
(I only mention this to avoid asking over and over. I appreciate any
suggestions.)

I could probably work with different pinout configuration as long as
it is same package type.

Thanks

EDIT: #$&*$@&!, I meant to post in the GENERAL FORUM.

nte153 = 2sb507p
nte512 - 2sd313

mcm, parts express, and Mouser also come up on the search page as NTE suppliers.

Oops, I made a typo.
nte152 is correct.

Thanks guys.

Comparing datasheets now.

Just an FYI for anyone who stumbles
across this thread searching for the same
thing, the one I removed was shorted collector
to emitter. Cause unknown at this time.

Thanks again.
