In the transistor section you have given the information about the Junction field effect transistor working as a switch.I think it is better if you add the BJ transistor working as a switch in the section.

We do discuss the BJT as a switch in Volume III - Chapter 4.2 - this is the BJT chapter. It is probably best that BJTs and JFETs are discussed in their own sections - remember the e-book is often read in isolation, so someone reading up on JFETs may not have read about BJTs - adding a mention of BJTs in the JFET section potentially adds to confusion for the reader.

We are pleased when those that read the e-book actually make suggestions about content, structure and spellings. The more people question it, the better it will get.
