Using a two-poert model of BJT's, I need to explain the modelling therof. I also need to do mathematical definitions, specifically about forward and reverse transfer ratios.

Hi,

There are two small signal BJT two port models: the four h-parameter small signal model and the hybrid-pi model. Although I don't have the details before me, I believe there is a low frequency and high frequency version of each. Which model are you working with and what is your progress thus far?
