Transfer function with experimental values

Could someone help us?
We're doing a report on signal and imaging processing. So far we manage to do bode plots of the transfer function, obtained with the circuits equations. now we're trying overlap our values, obtained with the experiment on those same graphs.
We're finding hard to define the transfer function with the values we obtained. Could someone help us? We really are in trouble...
