TP4056 lithium charger module battery protection

I'm using TP4056 module with protection IC like the picture below connected to arduino nano without any boost converter module. n order to avoid voltage drop, I'll be connecting OUT+ and OUT- of the charging module directly to 5V and GND of Arduino nano, not the RAW or VIN pin.

Q.1 If I connect my arduino nano to USB which will power it with 5V, will my battery take 5V directly and cause problems, or will the module cut the connection? OUT- pin is connected to FS8205A Dual N-Channel MOSFET for protection, but I'm not sure whether it would work in situations like this. I tried searching for the schematic, but couldn't find any.

Q.2 If connecting OUT+ directly to 5V of arduino is not an option, would there be a workaround?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)TP123.jpeg
