Not to open an old wound, but..... We don't allow even lighting threads on the forum when they apply to vehicles. But lately there have been a couple of threads that as they play out, end up being electronic devices to be added to airplanes. When called to mod's attention, they are allowed to keep running.

I'd much rather be blinded by some ones lighting on the road, than have a plane drop from the sky! Is there something in the TOS that allows air plane devices to be discussed? Must of missed it if there is.

 

Traditionally, aircraft threads are closed on sight. Although it's not listed in the ToS (it's too rare), it's the logical thing to do.

I read you report yesterday, but then forgot to act upon it. Thanks for reminding us.
