That might be odd. I can see the ToS fine from both of Bill's links.

The ToS seems to have copies at two places.
One in the forum wich is in this line:
By submitting your post, you agree to our Terms of Service
And one on the eBook pages wich seems to be linked to the link on the bottom of the page: Terms of Service

The first link tells me that I don't have the privileges to access the page or my account is either deleted or awaits activation.

The second works ok.

 

The reason I put Jrap and Daves name on the thread is I suspect this is something only they can fix.

I tried my noob account, the one to see what the new guys see, and got the same result. It appears only moderators can currently see the TOS from the posts.

I flagged a RF jammer thread, but I notice the TOS only mentions phone jammers. Is this a mistake, on my part or the TOS?

This is funny, Bertus locked the jammer thread when I wasn't looking, but his TOS link has the same problem.

The ToS has been removed from the announcements section of the forums and is now located at http://www.allaboutcircuits.com/l_tos.html

The registration text needs updating which is something Rob will need to correct.

Further to the above Rob: the link for the "By submitting your post, you agree to our Terms of Service" next to the "Post Reply" button needs updating as it still points to the announcement rather than the formal ToS page. When you correct this I will remove the announcement completely. Cheers.

2. Attachments and supplementary information. Attachments, like the posts to which they are appended, should be relevant to the topic at hand. In the interests of forum members using dial-up, drawings, diagrams or schematics should ideally be in GIF, JPEG or PNG format, not Bitmap. I have similar problems with my articles, I'll be contacting Dennis about it eventually. I'll eventually get SubML down. In some ways it is the sticking point for many people who have articles that need polishing. SubML may seem easy, but it isn't.

The characters look OK in the test HTML views I print, but something is lost (or added) in translation to the book and site.
