hi i have got a circuit board that i want to reproduce for my little project
but the problem is the diode on the board has markings of t4148
i have used a substitute of a 1n4148 on it and it just dont work
can any one help with this as i sed the markins on the diode are t4148

My guess is that it is really a 1N4148. Could you have installed it backward?

 

It would help a great deal if you could create a schematic of the circuit you are trying to replicate, and post it.
