Anyone have a good link for tiny, slide, or push button, switches?

Around the neighborhood of 2-10 volts?

Similar to the switches on ECigs.

NO, preferred.

A quick search illustrates why you are asking. Minimum $6 at Mouser! The last place I found cheap N.O pushbuttons was Radio Shack.

Likewise ebay sellers have bulk bags, they are so cheap you just buy bags of 50 or 100 then you don't have to worry about it for years after. :)

Thank you, Gentlemen.

This may be the closest that I can find:

I hadn't ordered any ECig parts from them in a about a year, and looks like they have really expanded their DIY section.
I have trouble believing that those are rated for 3A. Do you really need 3A? Sparkfun sells a switch that looks identical for $.95 but it's rated for .5A.

Can't you buy a whole ecig for $6?

Thank you, that switch would be perfect, if it was smaller.

Most all the tiny switches I'm finding are momentary.
I need a NO, on/off switch, just like that one.

As far as the ECigs go, the Wife and I started using them, (Vaping), around three years ago.
Ours cost around $50.00 for each kit, but I make up our own juice from scratch. Also do minor repairs. Lot cheaper than buying the 30ml bottles.

A whole lot cheaper than "Analog" cigs. Vapers, really call them Analog.:D

they have a nice selection of switches.

mouser and digikey are expensive for switches. nice if you need something very specific, but otherwise expensive.

ebay is another good place, but dont be mad if you get a bad of incredibly cheap and fragile ones. that said, dont be surprised if you get a great deal on some nice switches too.

these guys are good too- http://www.goldmine-elec-products.com/

and these guys might be your best bet for micro switches- http://dx.com/s/switches

I just received the switches I ordered, {in post #14}, and they will work OK. Ordered 30 of them.

My problem was trying to find latching/locking switches......the market is loaded with momentary styles.

Tiny, push on/push off switches, are much tougher to find.
All the tiny E-Cigs switches, are also momentary.

yeah I know what you mean. Even worse when I was looking because I refuse to cut holes in metal. I stick with round panel mount stuff, so speed and cleanliness.

I ended being able to use these for my project, and they turned out awesome. I love the strong click they have, and as long as you seal them to keep out dust and debris they work perfectly every time. http://www.ebay.com/itm/16mm-101F-G...896?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item27cbba8028
