Как мне посмотреть частоту сигнала, используя мультиметр.

в нескольких точках схемы. Схема с выходами ТТЛ.

ИЛИ только по осциллографу можно сделать.

the answer to your question is you can only see the frequency of a signal using a frequency counter, or oscilloscope, not a DVM.

 

This is an English only forum. We do not mind bad grammer or google translate, but it is a hard rule.

Some DVMs have a freq counter option, one of mine does. 4 digits is limited though.
