I was wondering if you could help me design the following circuit to operate on 24 VDC supply and a 24VDC Relay instead of 12V.

The easiest way is to go with the flow, use the original schematic and add a 3 terminal voltage regulator.

 

What about controlling a 24V Relay?

Can I use the same transistor/relay circuit but supply 24 Volts to the relay coil?
