I have a signal recorded in a .wav file. I want it to be reversed along time.
Please suggest how can I do it in ltspice.

AFAIK you can't do it in LTspice. You can in Audacity (freeware).

I have wav file recorded in ltspice and I need to reverse it and use it in ltspice again. This recording, reversing and using it will be continue in a loop.

I am uploading wav file with .txt extension.

This audacity help in this type of computing?

The wav file is only 48 bytes long, including the header.

Exactly what data is on the wav file.?
