If we have insight into the inertia of a system, then we can 'anticipate' the results of injected change. Closed loop systems will employ this 'anticipation' in commanding the system. The response time is wholly dependant on the overall system inertia. The controller may update the command in micro seconds, but 'change' should account for system dynamics, as previously mentioned.i just want to know. what is time response of control system
