TI CCSV9 slow speed compared to Keil/ARM

I have recently started using TI CCV9 for CC1310 MCU. I have window 10, 64 bit , 4GB ram,
Keil and IAR run very smooth, but CCS is very sluggish.

Can we remove some unnecessary features,
