This thyristors RCA 5-1147 and RCA 5-2736 are parts of control plate of Efka variostop for sewing machine. Is there anyone who can tell me what are the replacing parts for this thyristors and is it possible to replace the THYRISTORS with TRANSISTORS?

The first pin of the thyristor is connected with the gate signal,the second is connected with the solenoid(24volts solenoid) and the third one is connected with the main power supply!

Any IDEA?

Found cross ref for 5-1147-- 5-1147, no data sheet. Is main power AC or DC? Next step is schematic to see how it is used.
