Hello there , is there a ttl gate or a ttl circuit that work like the thyristor ?
I use a thyristor to keep the gate on when the micro switch turn off but i put a 5v realy and it sometimes makes problems .

It looks like you want a latching circuit.
This could be like a flip-flop.
There are two inputs at the flip-flop, one to set and one to reset.
