i want to implement hardware for 3 phase sine wave inverter from single phase supply and also want to speed control of I.M.
all this implemnetation analog design(using opamp) and not using microcontroller
please help me.......

The typical Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) is operated by a Dsp.
I am not sure what technology you intend using?
By analog control, do you mean the nature of the command signal or the technique used in the drive itself?
There is information on this found in the Picmicro site app notes

It would probably be more cost effective to buy an off-the-shelf unit. Also probably more reliable if properly sized to your application. Many option choices from many manufacturers.

The total project is no mean feat, I suggest you start at the semi conductors web site app notes such as Freescale, International rectifier, Pic micro and others.

but i have a block diagram of it and it is a carrier based voltage source inveter which drives the induction motor using spwm gate pulses. and by unipolar or by polar switching modulation index can be varied an thus we can control the speed of three phase induction motor. but i havent any circuit diagram of it.
