Impedance unknown, but just from seat of pants this might be a start. Tune 1M for best output, about 175 Hz, adj. 1k for 2 V AC at tranducer, or desired amplitude.
Can add a second 555 or a 556 to give a stream of pulse bursts, say .2 sec on .8 sec off, kinda like a heart beat. Or if both T1 & T2 are needed add a 4017, beep on stage 0 & 2, reset on 9.
