As the article states, this is the future of legal services. Medicine too. So much of what gets done is complicated unnecessarily, by design it seems. Lawyers dragging their feet to embrace technology has made them ripe fruit for plucking. No tears from me! :p

There are other ways to do an end run around the "lawyer industrial complex". You can download forms to incorporate a business in any U.S. state and also to sue someone. If you're involved in a car wreck and you intend to sue the driver at fault, there are boiler plate forms that will cover all the details and no need to reinvent the wheel.
