Thevenin equivalent circuit

I need to find the thevenin equivalent circuit of fig attached. If i remove the load impedance connected to the Vout terminals and short circuit the supply surely all the impedances can be removed because of the short exept the impedance top right. If anyone can shed some light much appreciated.
