Those filaments of charges particles( I guess that's what they are) seem to have a very curious orientation ...

If there was a massive black hole there surely these filaments would be affected , they do have mass!

 

Is that image from a telescope aimed at the supposed center of the Milky Way or a glass of beer at the local sports bar???
