I have created a clock with a 14MHz crystal. However, i need a control voltage to test the clock. Can you give me an example of control voltage (besides using PIC or other IC). Is it possible to test with flip-flops? And how to build it? Thx

It is not entirely clear what you mean by "control voltage".

Could you provide additional information?

What are you wanting the control voltage to do?
