I got a new job and I have to make a jig to test the boards of my company, in this board are 1 Atmega microcontroller and read current and tension of three phases, after this read have to turn on the relay, I want to know how to stress the microcontroller and board enough to know they are good and not too far to not damage both and have someone developer another system to test others boards?

Do you have any previous automatic test experience?
First you need the complete specification of the device to be tested. Then you test all of its functions to the limits specified.
The test jig must access all necessary points on the device under test to enable the required measurements. You may need to incorporate pogo pins in the test fixture to probe test points on the PC board.
The test equipment required will be dictated by the functionality and accuracy if the device being tested.
