Im looking to control the temperature to an ADT75 part (nSOIC package) by heating it up by about 2oC from abmient and then cooling it back down again to ambient. While I could probably simulate this by applying my finger on the part and then taking it away again, I need to do this electronically. I have access to a uController to do this. (CY7C68013-CSP)

I've heard of Peltier devices, I was wondering if anyone had put together any small circuits to do this?
