Hi guys.
I want to do an LM34 to 7 segment LED display thermometer. 600mv to 800mv reads out as 60F to 80F. What I am finding in other people's designs is an ADC chip with BCD parallel output to a 7 segment driver. I wonder if you know of a single chip to do this job, and I don't mean a microprocessor. I was thinking maybe a DVM chip. Was that a 7101?
What I am looking for is part numbers for chips that can do this job.
There is a lot more to this project, like multiple inputs, switching points, hysteresis, triac power outputs, timed latch-out, but I can do those parts.
