hi again.

i have replaced almost all CAPs and should assembly the monitor and that`s that. the strange is i see (if the 2 fuses are away from our sight )
+ 12V GND +5V ADJ

Most of those sockets have pin 1 marked with a small triangle mark on the plastic housing. Hard to tell from your pictures, but it could be where the black wire is. That said, the board should have some marking as well, as to where pin 1 should be. I don't see it in the photo. Worst case may be that you have to follow the ground traces on the board to which pin, and then trace the connector back to whatever it is connected to, for a ground as well.

 

Take photos of the PSU tracks the socket is a Double outlet.
