Does anyone have a Tektronix CFG250 manual for repair/calibration? CDM250? Tektronix replied to an email I sent them that they no longer support these models and there is little info on them other than operators manuals that offer very limited troubleshooting advice. Like if it doesn't do what it should, take it to a TEK dealer. Very un-informative.
