I need help regarding Electromechnanical relay based circuit to control tank level Hi and low points via pump on/off .

what kind of help? what controls the pump now? a float switch is the usual method to control liquid levels. they can be had with normally open or normally closed contacts, and just placed in series with the motor/pump control relay. if the float switch can't handle the current, a second relay may be required.
