so I have a tablefan that i dont use any more.
but the motor is still pretty good.

i want to know if i can use this for making an electric bike.
its like i can put a gear on the motor then put a chain across the motor and the rear wheel.
the fan works directly on power outlet (230v,60Mhz).
i have these rechargeable lead acid batteries (4 of them).

will they be able to run the motor??
suggestions are appreciated.....
thank you

No. Household fan motors are designed for low-current/low-torque applications.

You would be better off to try using a 12VDC automotive starter motor.
