    So its noting important, ie NAND or Resistors???

    What does it do?

    Where you connect to the chassis is important. It's not an electronic component, it's a connection.

    Difficult to say without seeing the whole picture, but it could indicate a jumper? spark gap? chassis connection of cable shield?

    I don't see it being a spark Gap on that circuit, it could be a P.S. connector point?
    with the common at chassis potential.

    Hello,

    It could be for the power connections of the used chip.
    Often you see the pin numbers at the arrows.
