At present, I am learning about Switched-mode power supply and Low drop out regulator using CMOS.
Could anyone suggest some good books about this?
The main problem here is "using CMOS".

Not sure why using CMOS should change the basic operating principles of wither switching converters or LDO linear regs. It just means the devices used to build them will be CMOS as opposed to bipolar.
Nat Semi (now TI) have a ton of LDO devices and switcher controllers.
