Hi all

New member here and new the this level of AV. I recently got a Kenwood KRF-V5050D and I'm struggling to get any signal whatsoever on the subwoofer output.

I've read the manual and even tried the test tones, which come through perfectly on the other speakers, but nothing on the sub. I've also tried swapping inputs from optical to RCA on various channels on the amp as well.

Does anyone out there have this unit or had it that can possibly assist?

 

Service manual here..there is a mute function on the subwoofer, check that.

Page 19, IC90 is the subwoofer amp.
