I presume that you mean "Stirling engine" rather than "strilling".

I've never built one, however a fellow by the name of Merrick Lockwood and his team built a 5HP (3.7kW) engine under primitive conditions in Bangladesh; they fueled their engine using rice husks. However, after 5 years and around $1 million USD, the project was abandoned.

If you would like to read about how they did it, Dr. Lockwood wrote a 200+ page book on it with lots of photos.
You can buy a copy of it here: http://www.stirlingengine.com/

This page contains some of the "dark side" information about why the project was cancelled:

You might have a look at this thread:

You mention a "dish", but no real specifics.

It is against Terms of Service to violate copyright, which is what you are trying to do. If you are really interested in the subject try a local library or shell out the cash. You might try used books.

I suspect that even allowing for low third-world labour rates, building such an engine would be so costly as to make the book price look pretty insignificant.

A stirling engine is more expensive than a steam engine for similar rated power, and requires fussier technology.

Why not research on "low cost easy to buld steam engines", and try to make something not only cheap to build but ALSO cheap to repair and maintain, which is probably more important and a larger amount of money.

I've built a toy Stirling engine. It didn't work, but then I met someone at Tanner's that had a very similar device. Eventually I'm going to have to have a go at it again and use his suggestions. It was meant to run off a cup of coffee.

You can modify an internal combustion engine, but it is going to take a level of expertise I suspect you don't have available. A car engine is surprisingly close, but sealing the pistons is a bear.

I would suggest Google, it paid off for me when I was researching over 10 years ago.

Would you like me to change the title to "Stirling Engine"? You might get more hits if you used the correct name for the device.
