ok here is the idea:

you have a tv , mp3 player and an audio/video cable , mono jack/rca socket adaptor


is it possible to convert a video to audio so that when you play it over the mp3 player, by connecting the video rca to the mp3 you can view the video on the tv

For video you will need a much higher bandwidth than for audio.
A "normal" video bandwidth is 5 Mhz. Audio is 20 khz.
