Trying to repair my Kenwood stereo, I wanted to know if there's a way to test these IC's? Also, I noticed there's a verity of them. Some say -220A and some 400, and 230C. Are those temperature ratings?

 

Are you testing them from defects other than completely non-functional? Tried looking at it's output with audio signals on the inputs?
