Normally a local winding shop etc would have them, do NOT buy made in China, unless you want to continually replace them, ensure they are AC motor starting grade.
For 2μf you can get CDE made in N.A. that are paper/oil filled

Step up to some 600+ VAC 2 uF PFC (Power Factor Correction)/lighting ballast capacitors. You'll never kill one of those on your motor.

I have never lost a CDE one so far on replacing one on the typical short lived Chinese versions.
Probably used them for >30 yrs now.
