May you teach how to identify a Starter Capacitor from a Run Capacitor? I know somes have it printed, but somes don't.

And if i have a motor without starter capacitor, but it need it (maybe someone took it off) how can i know the capacity of the capacitor it needs and the voltage.

And finally, how can i know if some motor needs a starter capacitor and a run capacitor?
