Hi all,
How to find the value of SRF(self resosnant frequency) of an inductor if it not provided in the datasheet?

 

Find the capacitance of the inductor and then use:

f=1/(2*pi*sqrt[L*C])

to find the resonance frequency.

 

How to find the capacitance of inductor?

 

Can anybody tell me how to measure capacitance in the inductor?
