Split Collector Op Amp Gain

I have just completed designing a transconductance reduction op amp with a split collector differential input stage. I am having a problem with getting enough gain out of the amplifer.

I am only getting 91dB. I need to get 100db or higher. Could this be a dc biasing problem preventing me from getting the dc open loop gain. My unity gain frequency is coming in around 1MHz.
