Im using a Proteus VSM to simulate a huge circuit, and for simulate a model to the photovoltaic cell, i need use a diode with model SPICE3F5 (i knew by the help menu) , and i need change the voltage threshold (VJ), but i don't know how?..
could any teach me or write me the code line?
