I think both are correct, but I'm an engineer not a (whatever you call those experts on grammar), so take that with a grain of salt.

Usually in math/engineering, I've seen combinatorial, but it just may be a context preference.

In the WIKIPEDIA the "combinatorial logic" gets redirected to the "combinational logic".
