What is the relation between ωe and ωr?

 

I think it is the curly 'w' thing. That relates them.

Actually with motors:
ωe is the rotating reference frame velocity or harmonic velocity
and
ωr is the electrical rotor speed

 

i mean is there any formula related between the two speeds.....
