I already tried Speed controlling of the DC 12v 1A motor using PWM. Using LM555 and SG3524 ICs as a PWM controller and IRFZ44N as a out put driver. But I had a problem control the output stage when i'm using DC110V 2A motor.I d'nt know what kind of mosfet using that task.Pls any one can post the schematic diagram? It's great pleasure to me.
Thank you

Hello MrFunny,

You will need a freewheeling diode accros the motor.
This a diode connected accros the motor with the cathode to the positive side.
This will prevent the mosfet from burning.

Choose a MOSFET with a Vds breakdown voltage greater than 200V.
Also, you don't need all this BJTs to drive the MOS. Just use one wired as an emitter follower.
