Why would you want to make a new design from such an antiquated quad op-amp that's based on a 741?

 

Sir... I want quad because I want to save money.. As our teacher in electronics wants us to submit preamplifier, equalizer, analyzer and power amplifier.....Thats too heavy... anyway

Your teacher should have done that already. As this is a homework assignment, we cannot do it for you, and you posted it in the wrong forum.

It is up to your teacher to teach you how to do it, and up to you to figure it out.

We may help you along the way if you admit complete defeat, but we cannot design it for you.
