I'm working on a project where I need a cable (8 conductor). Two being power lines: +48V & GND around 5A. Two Data lines and two analog lines (both ground referenced to the power line, this might change later so two lines for spare)

I would like the connector to be pre-existent so I don't have to make my own cables.

Does anyone know of such a thing? I was originally thinking CAT5, but only ≈ 500mA.

 

18 AWG wire, 8 conductors, already with an unknown connector on the end (or both ends?) and of unknown length...right?

Anything to that effect, and I know it's a long shot, but I don't need the thick wire for the analog and digital signals...

For short jumpers you might squeak by with db9 22guage.
1 less conductor you could double up on the power leads.

Someone may make 20 gauge.

15 pin are cheap and common. Double (triple) up on power conductors.
